Frequently Asked Questions

AARC is anon-profit organization dedicated to the sustainable management and conservation of aquatic resources for the benefit of all living beings and the health of our planet.

We engage in a variety of activities such as conducting research to better understand the impacts of human activity on marine ecosystems, advocating for policies that protect marine environments, and educating the public about the importance of conservation efforts.

We recruit volunteers through our website, social media, or partnerships with schools and other community organizations. Once a volunteer signs up, they may receive training on the specific tasks they will be carrying out, as well as information about AARC’s goals and strategies. During volunteer events, the we provide tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the work, as well as guidance and supervision from staff or experienced volunteers.

  • You can offer your skills: We need volunteers with a wide range of skills, including administrative work, social media management, website design, grant writing, and more.
  • You can attend events: we organize events and activities to raise awareness and funds for our cause. Attend these events and encourage others to join you. This can help us reach a wider audience and attract more volunteers.
  • You can help with Fundraising: Offer your help with fundraising efforts, whether it be organizing a fundraiser or making a donation yourself. Every little bit helps.
  • You can volunteer on-site: This could involve cleaning up beaches, planting trees, or assisting with research projects.

Spread the word: Share information about us and our work with your friends, family, and social media followers. This can help raise awareness and attract more volunteers and supporters.
